BELLEVUE - Roselyn Elaine Benson Niedt of Bellevue, NE died at Midlands Hospital November 15 at the age of 67 following a short illness.
Rosy was born March 5, 1937 to Lynn and Ethel Benson of Ong NE. She attended Ong Public School and graduated in the class of 1954. She attended Hastings College and taught school at Edgar, Trumbull and Omaha. She married twice.
Rosy was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gordon Benson.
She is survived by one daughter, Piper Niedt of Lincoln and a grandson Zachery Niedt of Davenport, and brother Eldon Benson of Ong.
Services were conducted by John Jensen at Stockholm Lutheran on Thursday November 18. Remains were cremated for internment at a later date.
