HANSON, Madeleine Elise (Age 77) - Went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, November 7, 2005;
she was born November 13, 1927 in Lincoln, Nebraska to George and Suzanne (Koch) Thomas. Madeleine is survived by her daughter, Joanne and her husband Ralph Heinz of Newport, WA; grandchildren, Jason and Janice Brengle of Stockton, CA and their children, Nicholas and Emily, Jill and Gentry Twyman of Atlanta, GA; nephew Larry and Ricci Phipps of Spokane Valley, WA, Clint and Kathy Phipps of Salt Lake City, UT.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Leol Hanson in 1992, and her daughter, Suzanne Brengle in 1993. She moved to Spokane with her husband in 1946. Madeleine was a Charter Member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church where she was the organist for 50 years, and for 45 years she gave private piano instruction in her home.
